Tom Makinney sold my wife and I our first home in Lombard, a 2bed/2bath 1500 sqft georgian. It was a motivated seller who had listed the home at one point at 409k. We negotiated down and I purchased the home at 257k. SCORE! After living in the home for only 6 years, and with moderate improvements over that time period, we listed our home and it went under contract in 4 days. We sold for 300k and turned a little profit. SCORE AGAIN! Anyways, Tom was totally professional and communicated every step of the way.
