As founder of The Makinney Group at Compass, Tom and his team have closed hundreds of transactions totaling more than $500 million in sales volume, earning recognition among the region’s top producers and Real Trends Verified honorees. Outside of real estate, Tom is a committed endurance athlete: a triathlon competitor, Murph Challenge finisher, and stair-climb participant at both the Willis Tower (SkyRise Chicago) and John Hancock (Hustle Chicago).
